By Kevin on Oct 31 2012 09:38 PM
Fugue Technology (China) Co., Ltd. has just unveiled some incredible-looking 3DS XL models exclusive to the China region. The three models will be available for purchase at some point in December at a price point unknown at this time. The three models; Mario White, Mario Silver and Mario Red & Gold (Limited Edition) are a sight to lay eyes upon.
Each iQue model will come pre-bundled with two built-in games; Super Mario 3D Paradise (aka Super Mario 3D Land) and Horsepower the Ouka Ding Cars 7 (aka Mario Kart 7). Stay tuned for more updates, as we receive them. Additionally, each model is region-locked solely to the Chinese region. No games, from any other region, are compatible with these iQue 3DS XL models.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it comes down to a certain law in China that forbids public usage of internationally registered copyrights and trademarks. China's pretty restrictive in cases like that. Last I checked, anyways.
