New Wreck-It Ralph Launch Trailer

By Kevin on Feb 20 2013 04:31 PM
"Game over is just the beginning!"

An all-new Wreck-It Ralph launch trailer has surfaced on Nintendo's official YouTube channel. Weighing in at a solid 643 pounds, Wreck-it Ralph destroys any and everything in his path. This mighty man is changing his ways, though. With the help of small fry Fix-it Felix, the arcade universe is being saved one level at a time.

Disney's Wreck-it Ralph launched in North America last October 30th for the Nintendo 3DS, DS and Wii. If you haven't seen this yet, check out the trailer.

To me it seemed like almost all of that footage was from the movie, am I wrong?.  Wish they would show some of the actual game.

I agree. This video is kind of pointless without game footage.
I think Activision is well aware of the general consensus that "most video game adaptations are terrible" and may be actively avoiding showing gameplay in trailers to try and sucker unsuspecting customers in buying the game.

That's my view on the topic, anyways. I'm not that fond of Activision these days.
I liked the movie, but not sure about playing the game.
Halfway through drafting this article, I was like, "and...why did Nintendo just upload this to their YouTube channel?" I was close to scrapping it, but figured someone might enjoy it. As for me, I'm uninterested in this game.
Personally, I find myself more interested in the game for Rise of the Guardians. Only because all the stupid unrelated posts on the Miiverse community drove me to that point. Thankfully, the recent changes to the Miiverse rules should cut down on that and let me see posts in the community from people who have actually played it.
Huh? Did you mean to post that reply in another topic, Luffy?

P.S. Congrats on ranking up to King K. Rool!
I felt that the post would fit here, given the topic. Might've been a hiccup on my part. Whoops?
I guess I'm just confused then. Is Rise of the Guardians a Disney film or something?
DreamWorks, actually.
