So there's a new Zelda game coming this year, and yet we still don't know its name. There are some interesting things about this game that have been revealed so far, such as a less linear and more open world approach, and Epona's fairly intelligent AI that frees up Link to fight more effectively.

It seems like it will be a very good game anyway, a completely new/original storyline too

I wonder where it will fit into the infamous Zelda Timeline.
Pro is the opposite of con,
That fact is clearly seen.
If progress means to move foward,
Then what does Congress mean

Welp, delayed to 2017, and no longer a Wii U exclusive. Hopefully the game is worth the wait.

It better be the most amazing game ever.  With the wait and the fact it's on the new system, Nintendo I assume is really trying hard to gain back what they lost with the Wii U.  Now I gotta save up to get both by March.

I hope its good to. its been too long we have been waiting for a proper open world Zelda game again especially on new more powerful systems and such. the games we have had recently have been good but a bit linier for Zelda I would say

Rumors are swirling that Breath of the Wild is getting delayed once again. If Zelda isn't ready for the Switch's launch, it'll be interesting to see what Nintendo will do to have a strong launch.

Well, the Switch's announcement was rather underwhelming, but at least Zelda looks fantastic.

Also, here's a graphics comparison between the Switch and Wii U  versions:
